NSS Scrutiny Announcement
📣 24-02-2025: Important announcement regarding upcoming NSS scrutiny! 📋
Dear NSS Volunteers,
We're pleased to inform you that our NSS unit is scheduled for scrutiny on 27th February 2025. Our preparation and documentation are complete, and we're ready to showcase the incredible work our volunteers have accomplished throughout the year.
Scrutiny Details:
- Date: 27th February, 2025
- Time: 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- Venue: Lala Lajpatrai College Of Commerce & Economics (Autonomous), Mahalaxmi-34
To-Do Before Scrutiny:
- Review of documentation and activities
- Brief interaction with key volunteers
- Presentation of our activities and achievements
All required documentation has been prepared and is ready for review. The NSS Program Officer and core team members are requested to be present at the venue by 10:15 AM. We're confident that our unit's dedicated work and meticulous record-keeping will shine during the scrutiny process.

It's easy! Just fill out the Interview registration form available on our website. We hold interviews at the beginning of each academic year where you can learn more about our exciting activities and sign up to be part of this amazing journey.

Our events are exclusively held on weekends, so you can fully participate without worrying about your academic schedule. It's all about balancing service and studies seamlessly!
NSS VIT accepts only first-year students at the end of their academic year. This allows the students to fulfill the requirement of participating in NSS for 2 academic years and ensures they don't have to juggle NSS activities with the demands of their final year. However, anyone who wants to join in for the events willingly is always welcome.
Yes, we organize exciting camps once every year. Selection is based on criteria like the number of hours you've completed. Attending at least one camp in your 2-year NSS journey is compulsory, providing a memorable experience filled with learning and fun.
